Ingredients
- 1 lb. of chopped seitan
- 1 lb. of sliced white mushrooms
- 1/8 red onion diced
- 2 organic Idaho potatoes, chopped
- 1 stalk org broccoli, chopped
- 2 strips kombu, diced (with kitchen scissors)
- 1 c sprouted green lentils
- 1 c org millet
- 1 c org red lentils
- 1 28 oz of can crushed organic tomatoes
- 6 cups of water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into large soup pot, bring to boil, then simmer for 30 minutes or until lentils are cooked
Notes
- Top with diced avocado and flax seed oil
- Enjoy!
