Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. of chopped seitan
  2. 1 lb. of sliced white mushrooms
  3. 1/8 red onion diced
  4. 2 organic Idaho potatoes, chopped
  5. 1 stalk org broccoli, chopped
  6. 2 strips kombu, diced (with kitchen scissors)
  7. 1 c sprouted green lentils
  8. 1 c org millet
  9. 1 c org red lentils
  10. 1 28 oz of can crushed organic tomatoes
  11. 6 cups of water
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into large soup pot, bring to boil, then simmer for 30 minutes or until lentils are cooked
Notes
  1. Top with diced avocado and flax seed oil
  2. Enjoy!
