Ingredients
- fresh organic chickpeas, soaked overnight and cooked for 3 hours
- dijon mustard
- fresh garlic
- little vegenaise
- little bit of flaxseed oil
- tahini (1 tablespoon)
- lime (fresh)
Instructions
- Using freshly prepared chickpeas, put all ingredients in a food processor, and blend until smooth.
Notes
- Great served with flatbread, drizzled with olive oil!
