Ingredients
  1. fresh organic chickpeas, soaked overnight and cooked for 3 hours
  2. dijon mustard
  3. fresh garlic
  4. little vegenaise
  5. little bit of flaxseed oil
  6. tahini (1 tablespoon)
  7. lime (fresh)
Instructions
  1. Using freshly prepared chickpeas, put all ingredients in a food processor, and blend until smooth.
Notes
  1. Great served with flatbread, drizzled with olive oil!
