I don’t drink coffee. I drink apple cider vinegar. It doesn’t have caffeine, but it still picks me up. In short, it cures lots of little things I didn’t realize could be cured – like throat clearing.
In the morning, I drink “Fire Cider.” It’s this intense recipe made with apple cider vinegar, ginger, garlic, and some spices. You can find it in some of the more progressive health food stores and online. To my knowledge, Whole Foods doesn’t carry it, at least the one in Princeton, New Jersey doesn’t.
Easy and delicious, this collard green wrap will make your mouth water! It's vegan, raw, and great for picnics! Try to use all organic ingredients, if you can!
Spread out the collard green flat on a plate or clean food preparation surface. Put small amount of dijon mustard on the green and spread it around. To that, add chopped avocado, chopped cilantro, pickles, and sprouts. Roll up and go to Heaven!!
